Registration & Account Security

To play Games and place bets, you must register and create a User Account. Keep your username and password confidential, as activity under your login is treated as your responsibility.

• We may request documents to process withdrawals and help prevent fraud.
• If requested documents are not provided within 4 weeks, payouts may be canceled or the account closed.

How to Close Your Account

You may close your User Account at any time by emailing [email protected] with your account details. Any remaining balance is refunded minus applicable deductions, and the balance must be at least 20 CAD to be refunded. The refund method is chosen at our discretion.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

We expect good-faith play and respect for the integrity of the Service. Fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the platform may result in account termination and the cancellation of winnings.

• No playing on behalf of another person and no commercial use.
• No multiple accounts, automation tools, or tactics designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• No unauthorized access attempts or interference with normal operations.
• No use of someone else’s payment method, card, or wallet.

Casino Rights & Controls

We reserve the operational rights needed to protect gameplay, payments, and platform integrity. This includes limiting wagers, declining bets, and making final decisions in bet or winnings disputes.

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If a bet loses, staked funds cannot be reclaimed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Verification

Funds used to play must be obtained legally, and all payments must be made in good faith. Reversing payments, or attempting to have them reversed through third parties, is not permitted.

Withdrawals are sent to the same account used for the deposit whenever possible. If a credit card deposit prevents this, we may require a different method. Withdrawals from free promotions are sent to the last depositing method.

• Daily withdrawal limit: up to 2,000 CAD, with VIP exceptions available.

Crypto Deposit Minimums

Crypto deposits below stated minimums cannot be recovered or processed, and top-ups to meet minimums are not accepted. Minimums include 0.0001 BTC, 0.001 BCH, 0.01 ETH, 180 DOGE, and 0.01 LTC, with a minimum of 15 CAD for BTC, BCH, DOGE, LTC, and ETH deposits as stated in our rules.

Fees for Non-Wagered Withdrawals

If you deposit and withdraw without wagering at least one times the deposit amount, a transaction fee up to 10% may apply, after a review confirms no fraud or money laundering was involved.

Bonuses & Promotions Summary

Promotion rules vary by offer, and specific promotion terms override general rules. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion may be claimed at a time, and promotions may be limited across a player, household, address, card details, and shared devices where applicable.

• Deposit bonuses are for wagering and cannot be withdrawn.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
• Bonus-free deposits generally require wagering the deposit at least once to withdraw.
